  • Guest：Not thrilled about the large clump of dark hair in the drain that I found when I got in for my first shower of our stay. I brought it to the attention of the front desk who asked that I email a photo and told me management would reach out. Never heard from management or anyone about it. For the price of the stay I expected better on cleanliness front and service.
